Vandna Patel (BSc, MSc, PgDip)
Registered Dietitian | Paediatric Nutrition Specialist

I have always been passionate about helping children reach their full potential.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen how feeding and eating difficulties can affect much more than a child’s nutrition. They can impact their confidence, development and wellbeing — as well as creating stress and uncertainty for the whole family.

I love helping parents understand what is happening, make sense of conflicting advice and find practical solutions that feel achievable in everyday family life.

Because food is about so much more than nutrients, my approach is always centred around the child and the family as a whole — with no judgement, no pressure and no one-size-fits-all approach — but personalised for your child.

My own experiences of living with coeliac disease and oral allergy syndrome, alongside following a vegan diet, have also given me a personal understanding of some of the practical challenges dietary restrictions can bring.

My goal is simple: to help you feel informed, reassured and confident in supporting your child’s nutrition.
